prove they’re biting.

Social Media Example

Hacienda Restaurant’s Facebook went from zero to 30,000 likes in a mere couple months after we suggested and coached quite a few years back. Their secret to the meteoric rise? A strong offline brand backed by a constant commitment to online fan interaction. The $25 gift card giveaway each week, and other awesome promotion, didn’t hurt either. Today they have almost 60,000 likes—not bad for a small Indiana-only restaurant chain.

Google AdWords case study

Polygon Company’s and the country’s industrial business was in a slump a while back. We implemented an aggressive AdWords campaign which brought much improved awareness and quickly tripled website traffic. Their RFQs soared. Polygon increased sales in a down market as a result.

Notre Dame PR project

Notre Dame’s Committee on Sexual Assault Prevention (CSAP) knew they needed improved visibility. A nationally publicized case was about to break on campus. While not being blamed, there was a clear need for a quick response and improved messaging.

Fish Marketing worked closely with CSAP to guide and clarify the new communication needed on the website. We developed a design that was gender and orientation neutral, and then coded this for their proprietary content management system. Staff and volunteers then simultaneously wrote the needed copy to educate and encourage victims to come forward and seek help. CSAP was able to showcase their commitment to victims in a timely way on this new flexible platform.

ROI story

Indiana Toll Road went full court press (basketball term, not fishing sorry) to meet a contract-mandated, 12-month goal: Sell X-number of iZoom (EZ-Pass) tollbooth auto-billing passes. Billboards, radio ads, banner ads, and tollbooth posters to name a few advertised a special introductory price. We helped them meet the goal in under six months and had issues keeping up with transponder unit production. Both the client and their customers got there faster than expected thanks in part to Fish Marketing!

HUGE ROI story

When Komatsu was preparing their trade booth for CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2017 in Las Vegas, they knew they had only one shot at this once every three-year event with over 100,000 attendees. With a convention floor literally over a mile long, even the big boys need to work at standing out. We were told that out of all of the heavy equipment OEMs, Komatsu was the only company exhibiting with a memorable theme.

Marketing as business strategy

Cruiser RV wanted a simple yet stylish mobile-friendly website at a time when many considered that a luxury. Dealers loved having a full digital spec sheet in their pockets. Running a Google AdWords campaign to increase their visitors didn’t hurt either. End result? A maxed out production line and a great bottom line leading to the planned goal of a sale to Thor Industries. That’s how you play with the big boys.

Attention = increased sales story

When you have the opportunity to pitch Home Depot about carrying your client’s product, you say “let’s go!” We worked with Pace American for many years. They were the largest cargo trailer manufacturer in the United States at the time. Their existing 400-500 dealer network was going to be in direct competition with this high visibility placement. The solution? Create WorkSport, a new value-oriented house brand to create distance from the competition. It added $25 million to the bottom line in the first year! Who says promotion doesn’t work?
